Group Hypnotherapy
After hosting a group hypnotherapy Weightloss and self esteem session this weekend, I was really inspired to do more of these. The energy in the room was amazing and there was a good rapport within the group. I am confident that they will support each other and the natural “positive affirmations” that were used within the group were taking effect immediately.
It is such a positive thing to work on having a healthy attitude towards food and at the same time build up self esteem. This is much more powerful than diet alone and the results more realistic and long lasting.
